The profile you type in (first name, age, the animal you picked, gender, who you want to meet, city), your flag deck (what you must have, like, tolerate, dislike, and hard-no), the flags you claim about yourself, your would-you-rather answers, your hobbies, and — once you start matching — your likes, matches, chat messages, blocks, and reports. If you allow notifications, we also store a push token for your device. That's the whole list. No location tracking, no contacts upload, no ad identifiers.
Who you want to meet can reveal your sexual orientation, and your deck can hint at other personal things. EU law (GDPR Article 9) calls this special-category data and requires your explicit consent before we process it. That's the consent screen you saw before matching. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account — withdrawal is as easy as giving it was.
One thing: find your matches and let you talk to them. Matching runs on our server so that your raw deck never leaves it — other players only ever see a compatibility score and a short explanation, never your individual answers or boundaries. Nobody ever learns who hard-no'd whom; blocked pairs simply never see each other.
On Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Two processors help us run the app: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region) and Expo (push notification delivery; a push token and the notification text transit Expo's US infrastructure — standard contractual clauses apply). We sell nothing to nobody. There are no ads and no analytics brokers.
Until you delete your account, at which point everything — profile, deck, answers, matches, messages, tokens — is erased immediately and permanently. No soft-delete limbo, no 90-day grace period. Reports you filed against others (or others filed against you) are kept in anonymized form where required for safety.
Export everything from Profile → Export my data. Delete everything from Profile → Delete account & data. You also have the right to correction, restriction, and complaint — write to lindedanty+ickbreaker@gmail.com, or complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish DPA) if we disappoint you. We'd rather you write first.
Ickbreaker is for adults: 18 or older. We ask your age at sign-up and remove accounts that misstate it.
